Warner Music Group COO and CFO Armin Zerza is stepping down from his role, the company announced on Friday, noting that the executive has decided to leave for “personal reasons.” Warner Records COO Tom Corson will replace Zerza WMG’s as COO, and the company is starting a search for its next CFO. Zerza “will remain available to the company through the end of the fiscal year to ensure a seamless transition,” WMG said.
