At this point, Timothée Chalamet’s bold style is completely known.
The actor turned heads on the Oscars 2025 red carpet Sunday, wearing a monochromatic butter yellow Givenchy suit with a matching button-up shirt underneath.
Chalamet accessorized the leather look with a Cartier solitaire diamond choker, two of the brand’s iconic Love bracelets and several rings. He broke up the bright color with a black boot.
He has been re-creating some of the “Mr. Tambourine Man” singer’s outfits on the red carpet in mostly subtle ways, amping Bob Dylan’s low-key style up with designer price tags and custom jewelry — and this look could be a reference to the song “Big Yellow Taxi.”
Last week, at the SAG Awards, he went bold is a neon green shirt, paired with a leather Chrome Hearts suit and Cartier diamond-covered watch bolo tie that recalled an outfit Dylan seemingly wore in 2011.
Chalamet, 29, is up for the Oscar for best actor against Adrien Brody (“The Brutalist”), Colman Domingo (“Sing Sing”), Ralph Fiennes (“Conclave”) and Sebastian Stan (“The Apprentice”). “A Complete Unknown” is also up for best picture for a total of eight awards, including the individual nominations.
Chalamet went home with the SAG award for outstanding performance by a male actor in a lead role — the youngest person ever to win in the category and his first major trophy for the biopic “A Complete Unknown.”
While his speech, in which the LaGuardia High School alum declared that he’s “in pursuit of greatness” caused a stir, so did the absence of girlfriend Kylie Jenner, who has been by Chalamet’s side throughout awards season.
The “Kardashians” star, 27, skipped out on the SAGs after devastating news that her longtime friend and hairstylist Jesus Guerrero died unexpectedly over the weekend.
When the couple, who have been together for nearly two years, do link up, they often show tons of PDA and even coordinate their outfits.
At the BAFTAs, they took their love to a new level, wearing matching Panthère de Cartier rings and coordinating earrings, for her, and necklace on him.
It remains to be seen if Timmy will walk away with his first Oscar — and if he’ll have his lady love by his side.
