Marquay ‘The Goat’ Collins’s cause of death has been revealed four months after his death at age 24.
According to the medical examiner’s report obtained by TMZ on Friday, the beloved TikTok star died due to an enlarged heart.
The medical examiner ruled Collins’s manner of death as natural.
It was previously reported that his passing could have been related to a severe car accident he was in just a few weeks prior to his passing on November 26, 2025.
Collins was hospitalized following the crash, and after returning home the same day, he reportedly started experiencing symptoms, including pain in his neck, shoulders and spine.
The late star’s brother also told the coroner’s office at the time that Collins said he was experiencing shortness of breath and headaches.

Late last year, his mother Sonja Collins confirmed his death on Instagram and called him the ‘sweetest person’ in her heartbreaking tribute.
‘My heart is broken. My baby, my last one, my SnuggaBug, my Marquay is no longer here with me,’ she wrote alongside a photo of them together.
‘He was the sweetest person he didn’t have a mean bone in his body. I needed him longer than God allowed me to have him.’

Sonja went on to write about how selfless her son was as she concluded by thanking her 1.2 million followers for their support.
She wrote: ‘He spoiled me and his Dad, Elzie, he always said because we spoiled him. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers, enjoy the rest of your day.’
The social media personality, who garnered 7.1 million followers on TikTok and over 500,000 on Instagram, frequently posted videos of food reviews and sports cars.
The social media star also created comedic sketches including dancing and doing dubs.

He also created content with his parents – his father Elzie Collins and aforementioned mom Sonja – including pranking them.
An obituary published online revealed that he was not just a social media personality but also a student at Georgia State University.
The young creator graduated from Shaw High School and Dimon Elementary School previously.
The obituary continued: ‘Marquay lived his life with passion and ambition. He was full of excitement about the future, always eager to share his plans and adventures.
‘His hugs, his laughter, and his spontaneous calls – “What are we getting into this weekend?” – will be remembered as cherished moments that captured his vibrant personality.’
His final TikTok post came on Tuesday and was a humorous video about needing to apply lotion to his feet.

It was flooded with messages from his heartbroken and adoring fans.
One wrote: ‘He posted 16 hours ago and now gone. Life can change in a split second. Rip young man.’
Brotha why they saying you gone…’ another posted while another said: ‘R.I.P. Marquay. You will be missed [heart emoji]’
Marquay began his social media journey as a teenager on TikTok back in March 2019.
