The actor we are talking about is Sudesh Lehri. On Archana Puran Singh’s YouTube channel, Sudesh got candid about his struggling days. He said, “I did a lot of hard work when I was young. I have seen poverty. I have worked in small shops, used to make tea, have worked in several factories, and used to make footwear. I sold vegetables. The rich don’t have to lie, but being poor, we often have to lie when money lenders ask for money. All this worked like an acting course for me.”
Sudesh Lehri, who again flaunted his comedy skills on Laughter Chefs, also sold trophies for Rs 300-400 to earn money. He used to walk barefoot to deliver tea to factory workers during his struggling days.
The Ready actor also revealed that he struggled so much that he turned bankrupt and even lost his house. He said how many laughed at him when he was struggling. But when Archana Puran Singh laughed at him, he could get himself many houses. In the same interaction, Lehri revealed that he was slapped by a drunk man in Paris when he was singing. “My mic fell off. It was very humiliating. I wanted to cry but my tears weren’t coming out.” Since then, the comedian-actor decided to never perform at weddings.
