Frolicking at a beach bar in Ibiza with his rumoured girlfriend Olivia Attwood, reality TV star Pete Wicks appeared to have not a care in the world as he kissed her and brazenly squeezed her bottom.
When TV host Olivia, 35, was asked to take a selfie with fans on the beach this week, a well-trained Pete dutifully stood back in the shadows of the seafront restaurant holding her £2,150 Alaia Le Teckel designer handbag as he waited.
The former Love Island star, who announced her split from footballer Bradley Dack last year, is on the White Isle filming for the third season of her ITV show, Bad Boyfriends.
It appears that as the host of a reality series billed as a bootcamp to train the perfect partner, Olivia might have found one for herself.
But just as Pete, 37, flew out to join his new love interest, The Only Way Is Essex star faced losing another business interest back home.
His company Unkempt Limited, set up in 2021, appears to be on the verge of being closed down through a compulsory strike-off, just months after another of his businesses, PW Promotions, went into liquidation.
Unkempt Limited received its first notice for strike-off – the process of removing a business from the official register – in June 2025, but one month later this was suspended due to an objection being received by the Registrar.
But according to Companies House documents, the company, which has never conducted business, was ultimately dissolved this month after being deemed ‘dormant’.
This is not the first time one of Pete’s businesses has been dissolved. Other companies registered in the name of the reality star have included the menswear business Hermano Clothing and Pirate Pete’s Tattoo, which both also opened and closed without doing any business in 2019 and 2017, respectively.
All three companies were set up, likely with the idea of a new business venture, which ultimately never launched.

Elsewhere, clothing firm Happy Brands, of which Pete was a director along with the late Jake Hall and their pal Charles Sharp, posted heavy accumulated losses of £796,258 in November 2022, and on the same day, Pete and Jake resigned as directors.
A year on from posting those figures, the firm went into liquidation owing £795,463. And, in March last year, it was finally dissolved.
Pete now has one company, Staying Relevant Productions Limited, which he shares with his best pal Sam Thompson, that remains open and has been successful since its launch in 2024.
But there have been other business hiccups for the former Strictly Come Dancing star.
As the Daily Mail revealed in March, Pete wound down another of his businesses, PW Promotions Ltd, in 2023 after earning tens of thousands of pounds for appearing on shows such as Towie.
Liquidators Carter Clark say they need more time to investigate this company before it can be dissolved, as they are ‘awaiting the outcome of a review of accounting information’.
After going bust three years ago, Pete signed a legal document called a Statement of Affairs claiming that the debt stood at £100,681 but it was discovered that the company owes more than this.
HMRC are demanding £59,681 in corporation tax, £24,710 in VAT and £1,273 in PAYE (Pay As You Earn), while trade and expense creditors are owed £35,704.
The total amount demanded by creditors is £121,368, which is much more than the £100,681 Pete signed off.

While Pete may personally have plenty of cash from his successful TV career, the liquidators have confirmed that there are no assets in PW Promotions Ltd and ‘no recoveries have been made’.
Sources said at the time that it was likely to be bad news for all those who are owed money, as they won’t be receiving a penny.
The report adds: ‘The assessment revealed matters that required further clarification. This process is ongoing with assistance from the Company’s accountants, and, once concluded, the liquidation will be finalised.’
While Pete has faced a headache with his business interests back in the UK, the star appears to be the happiest he has ever been, now that he is in a relationship with Olivia.
Only yesterday, the new couple were seen sharing a very passionate smooch at Cala Gracioneta in Ibiza as he joined her during her latest work trip abroad.
The former Love Islander, who found fame on the 2017 series, sported a simple white T-shirt with capped sleeves and black leather PVC trousers.
Her KISS co-host Pete showed off his tattooed, muscular biceps while wearing a black vest, matching trousers and loafers.
The presenters previously insisted they were just friends but are thought to have begun their romance at the end of February this year.
Olivia and her then-boyfriend, Gillingham midfielder Bradley Dack, officially announced the end of their relationship a month earlier, with Olivia’s team furiously briefing that the sportsman had been cheating on her. The Daily Mail later uncovered their entire marriage had been a sham.
ITV revealed it had felt ‘misled’ by their once golden girl after it was discovered she had never officially married Bradley – despite fronting an eight-episode show Olivia Marries Her Match in which viewers saw her wed the footballer at a £10k ceremony at the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge.
In one scene, the ‘newlyweds’ sign what appeared to be an official marriage certificate but after searching the Westminster Archives, the Daily Mail discovered there was no record of the event.
The Daily Mail has contacted Wicks’s representatives for comment, but all the signs are that Olivia has finally ‘met her match’ in Pete.
