Brooklyn Beckham blocked his family on social media after his mother, Victoria Beckham, “liked” one of his posts.
The former Spice Girls singer reportedly double-tapped the photographer-turned-chef’s post about him roasting a chicken, the US Sun reported Sunday.
In the post, Brooklyn, 26, discussed how to give the chicken extra flavor through beer-brining.
The “like” from Victoria, 51, caused an influx of fans to fill Brooklyn’s comments section, begging for him to make amends with his family.
The annoyed “Cookin’ With Brooklyn” star then blocked his mom, as well as his dad, David Beckham, and brother Cruz within hours.
The outlet also reported that Brooklyn had blocked his other siblings, Romeo and Harper Beckham.
A source told the US Sun that David, 50, and Victoria are “understandably heartbroken by what’s gone on here.”
“This came out of the blue for them, and in the lead-up to Christmas when families are supposed to come together, it’s devastating,” the insider shared.
“All they want is for things to be fixed but with every week they just seem to be getting worse. Unsurprisingly, Cruz and Romeo are furious that Brooklyn would make such a public attack.”
The source claimed Brooklyn wants his family issues “fixed in private and not played out on social media, although his actions have resulted in quite the opposite.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for both Brooklyn and Victoria for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
Over the weekend, Cruz, 20, took to Instagram to shut down reports that his parents had unfollowed their eldest child on Instagram.
“NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son,” the “Optics” singer wrote alongside a screenshot of an article.
“Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked … as did I,” Cruz added.
In October, a source told Us Weekly that Brooklyn had “no interest” in making amends with the Beckham family right now.
He “really focused on living a peaceful, drama-free life” with his wife, Nicola Peltz, 30.
