Eagle-eyed fans keeping up with Kylie Jenner at the Oscars 2025 noticed that she switched seats before Timothée Chalamet’s loss.
While the reality star was primarily sitting beside her boyfriend during Sunday’s awards show, she moved behind him ahead of the best actor category.
The makeup mogul’s new seat allowed Chalamet’s mother, Nicole Flender, to sit at the 29-year-old’s side instead when Adrien Brody received the award.
As the “Brutalist” star, 51, approached the stage — and tossed his gum at girlfriend Georgina Chapman — Jenner, 27, consoled her partner.
She was caught on camera reaching out to embrace her partner and give him a kiss.
Chalamet was nominated for his role in “A Complete Unknown,” and a win would have made him the youngest recipient.
Notably, Brody holds the record for the youngest winner since taking home the Academy Award for “The Pianist” in 2003 at age 29.
While Brody also beat out Chalamet for the Golden Globe in January, Chalamet accepted the Screen Actors Guild Award last month.
“YEOOOOOOO I WON I CANT BELIEVE IT !!!!!!!” he gushed via Instagram in February. “THANK YOU TO MY PEERS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART !!!!!!! ALL THE MEMBERS OF THE SCREEN ACTORS GUILD !!! GUNNA CELEBRATE TONIGHT THANK U THANK U THANK U !!!!!!!”
Jenner, although not present at that particular awards show, accompanied her boyfriend to the Golden Globes and the BAFTAs this year.
The duo, who have been dating since 2023, have yet to make their red carpet debut.
Chalamet walked the Oscars step-and-repeat solo over the weekend in a yellow leather Givenchy suit.
Jenner, for her part, attended the awards show in a custom Miu Miu gown.
She swapped her black ensemble out for a lace corset dress at the subsequent Vanity Fair Oscar Party, with her partner sporting a Tom Ford smoking jacket-style suit.
Chalamet’s previous relationships have been with Lily-Rose Depp and Lourdes Leon.
As for Jenner, the Kylie Cosmetics creator co-parents daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3, with on-again, off-again boyfriend Travis Scott.
