Jenelle Evans showed off her transformation after undergoing a mommy makeover.

On Thursday, the 33-year-old reality TV star shared the before-and-after photos following her recovery from the surgery she had earlier this month.

She took to Instagram to share pictures taken in her doctor’s office in Las Vegas prior to her major transformation as she prepares to celebrate her birthday on Friday.

In Jenelle’s post, she explained that she sought out a plastic surgeon after having three children and struggling to get rid of her ‘mom pouch,’ a common occurrence with post-pregnancy bodies.

The Teen Mom star, who recently revealed how much she makes from OnlyFans, underwent a boob job to replace her breast implants, and  shealso got a tummy tuck with excess skin removal for ‘some extra help’ with repairing the diastasis recti.

Diastasis recti occurs when rectus abdominis muscles, or six-pack ab muscles, separate due to being stretched during pregnancy, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Evans previously rose to fame after appearing on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant, as well as Teen Mom 2.

In her new post, Jenelle revealed that she got her mommy makeover done by Dr. Rachel Mason at La Femme Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas at the beginning of December.

In her caption, she said she wanted to celebrate her birthday and the holidays while ‘loving the skin I’m in’ and ‘feeling like myself again.’

‘I’ve had my body judged since I was a teenager, so choosing this was about feeling like myself again and not explaining it to anyone else,’ she said, referring to her debut on the hit MTV series as a teenager.

She shared with her fans that she is ‘still healing’ but ‘already feel[s] so confident, happy and really excited about this new chapter.’

She concluded her post, writing: ‘Tomorrow I celebrate my 34th birthday and I can honestly say I’m proud to welcome a new year loving the skin I’m in.’

Evans is the mother of three children from past relationships.

She shares her 16-year-old son Jace with her ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, while her son Kaiser, 11, comes from her past relationship with Nathan Griffith, and she shares eight-year-old daughter Ensley with her ex-husband David Eason.
