Is it the “End of an Era”?

After years of speculation, Taylor Swift’s Eras tour lipstick combo has finally been revealed — and, surprisingly, it’s not the oft-speculated products that she’s frequently associated with.

In the latest episodes of the documentary, “Taylor Swift: The End of an Era,” Swift’s personal makeup artist, Lorrie Turk, is seen applying the megastar’s makeup, including a winged eyeliner. (Also sending shockwaves through the Swiftie community? The revelation that Swift applies her own lip liner.)

The two products that helped Swift’s lip look stay put through countless hours of performances have been identified by fans as Smashbox Be Legendary Line & Prime Pencil and MAC Locked Kiss 24HR Lipstick — an under-$60 combo.

In one scene, the record-smashing pop star applies Smashbox’s Be Legendary lip liner using the mirror in a Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish setting powder compact.

The shade may be True Red, which would match the tone of the lipstick; however, it almost looks like Cranberry or Pink Rose, which creates a dimensional, voluptuous effect.

The creamy, long-wear formula offers a range of colors that are definitely Swift-coded, from ultra-pigmented crimson hues to the spice neutrals that she gravitates towards when not wearing a statement pout.

(They can also be applied over the entire lip, but Turke applied MAC lipstick next.)

As the name implies, Locked Kiss 24HR Lipstick is “kissproof and transfer-resistant,” while promising 24 hours of wear, a smart pick for long concerts in all types of conditions.

While there are a few scarlet options that could be Swift’s color, from the orange-red Gutsy to the deeper tone Vicious, fans think there’s a good chance it’s Ruby True, a reformulation of MAC’s legendary Ruby Woo that Swift has named as a favorite in the past.

(Though, it’s likely there are a few shades that coordinate with different outfits, and makeup artists are known to mix colors as well.)

The updated, modern lipstick formula gets rave reviews for not drying lips, being weightless, and long-wearing. It’s infused with passion fruit oil to keep lips supple, and reviews say things like it’s a real compliment magnet.

One five-star review reads, “Long-lasting vibrant-coloured lippy for the perfect night out! The matte finish is perfect!”
