Local actress Tay Ying, 30, and her celebrity chef husband Wu Sihan, 34, are venturing into the dessert business with their artisanal gelato brand Atelier 27. The couple announced the launch on Instagram on Sept 9, introducing it as a gelato atelier focused on "thoughtful flavours, craftsmanship and creativity".
