Tamra Judge has provided more context after revealing days ago that she is done with The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Judge, 57, elaborated on Wednesday’s episode of her and Teddi Mellencamp’s podcast Two Ts in a Pod, explaining why she’s stepping back from the reality series.
‘I think I just hit a wall. There’s so much going on in my life and it’s just… I don’t know,’ the star said, noting that she’s been working on her mental health with therapy.
‘I just just hit a wall and I feel like I’m gonna be in a full depressed mode,’ she reiterated.
Judge opened up: ‘I went into the season not knowing, not sure, very anxious and just dealing with some stuff through therapy, and you know that really breaks you down to your lowest point. I’m like, “Should I just quit?” Because it’s just, I feel like it’s breaking me down.’

Judge revealed her personal struggles became too much to bear once she realized she couldn’t easily snap ‘out of the funk.’
The mother-of-four explained she’s familiar with how her body reacts to this particular kind of stress.
‘When I get like this, my body just shuts down, It just completely shuts down,’ she described.
The blonde beauty added, ‘And I can just sit in one place and just stare at the wall for hours. And that’s how I feel and it’s really hard to film like that when you feel like that.’
Tamra didn’t divulge details about what particular issues she’s facing, but she discussed her co-host and close friend Teddi’s current health crisis..
Mellencamp underwent emergency surgery in February after doctors found multiple tumors on her brain. Following the successful surgery, she revealed that her medical team discovered five more tumors in her body.
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania stood in for Teddi on Wednesday’s podcast episode as she continues to undergo treatment.
Judge told listeners, ‘Teddi gave me a pep talk and that is the first time I’ve laughed in so long. Like, we laughed, and she just yelled at me and said, “Listen to me, I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this. You get your ass back over there!”
‘I just started laughing. So I think I’m going to see her today. I think that’s gonna pull little bit of spark back into me.’
And her prediction was right. Taking to Instagram Stories later, Judge shared a smiling snapshot with Teddi and wrote, ‘Back with my Teddi Jo and suddenly, everything makes sense again.’

Tamra previously took to social media on Sunday night to hint that she was quitting RHOC after 14 seasons.
‘It was a long run! When life gives you real problems, this reality s*** doesn’t make sense. Peace out! I’m out!’ she wrote, shocking her followers.
She initially joined the Bravo reality show in 2007’s season three, then exited during seasons 15-16 due to a ‘humiliating’ $200K pay cut in 2020. She returned for seasons 17-18.
Housewives producer Andy Cohen responded to the informal resignation the following day on his Andy Cohen Live show.
‘I got the report of what happened last night. All I will say is this: I can’t comment on what’s going on while we’re filming shows,’ he said.
‘I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends is going through an incredibly intense health crisis. So, maybe keep that in mind.’
