Tamra Judge is prioritizing her mental health.

After claiming she quit “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” the TV personality addressed her future on the Bravo series on Wednesday’s episode of her and Teddi Mellencamp’s “Two Ts In A Pod” podcast, saying that she’s been struggling with some “personal things.”

“I think I just hit a wall. There’s so much going on in my life and it’s just I don’t know,” Judge, 57, said, adding that she’s been seeking help through therapy.

“I just just hit a wall and I feel like I’m gonna be in a full depressed mode.”

“I went into the season not knowing, not sure, very anxious and just dealing with some stuff through therapy, and you know that really breaks you down to your lowest point,” she shared. “I’m like, ‘Should I just quit? Because it’s just I feel like it’s breaking me down.’”

Judge admitted her personal problems ultimately became too much for her after she realized she couldn’t bring herself “out of the funk.”

“When I get like this, my body just shuts down, It just completely shuts down,” she said.

“And I can just sit in one place and just stare at the wall for hours. And that’s how I feel and it’s really hard to film like that when you feel like that.”

While she didn’t dive into details as to why she’s been feeling down lately, she did acknowledge that co-host Mellencamp’s health issues have also been hard on her.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 43, who underwent surgery for doctors to remove several tumors from her brain last month, recently shared doctors found five more tumors in her body.

Mellencamp was notably absent from Wednesday’s episode as she continues her immunotherapy treatment (“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania co-hosted in her place), but Judge shared that her friend has also given her some support during the difficult time.

“Teddi gave me a pep talk and that is like the first time I’ve laughed in so long. Like, we laughed, and she just yelled at me and said, ‘Listen to me, I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this. You get your ass back over there,’” she said.

“I just started laughing. So I think I’m going to see her today. I think that’s gonna pull little bit of spark back into me.”

Reps for Judge and Bravo did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Fans became concerned about Judge’s future on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” earlier this week after the star took to her Instagram and said that she’s “out” in the middle of filming Season 19.

“It was a long run! When life gives you real problems this reality s— doesn’t make sense,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Sunday. “Peace out … I’m out.”

Andy Cohen responded to Judge’s supposed resignation on Monday, offering a sympathetic comment toward the star on his “Andy Cohen Live” show.

“I got the report of what happened last night. All I will say is this: I can’t comment on what’s going on while we’re filming shows,” he said.

“I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends is going through an incredibly intense health crisis. So, maybe keep that in mind.”
