Tammy Hembrow took the pursuit of the perfect photograph to new lows on the Gold Coast – quite literally.
The fitness influencer, 32, was spotted sprawled across the pavement during an outdoor photo shoot on Friday as her young daughter Posy watched the spectacle unfold nearby.
Thankfully, the social media powerhouse was not in need of medical assistance.
Instead, Tammy appeared to be acting out a dramatic scene for the cameras, proving that when content calls, no patch of concrete is off limits.
The mother-of-three looked every inch the glamorous leading lady in a cropped brown leather jacket and figure-hugging dark jeans.
She initially sat on the edge of the pavement while chatting animatedly with a friend, shielding her eyes behind a pair of dark sunglasses.

But simply sitting down was apparently not dramatic enough.
Tammy soon stretched out across the ground, resting her head on a black handbag as though it were a five-star hotel pillow.
At one point, she closed her eyes and flashed a smile while striking the theatrical pose.
She later rose to her knees and stared towards the camera, appearing to check whether the pavement performance had delivered the desired shot.
Posy observed from close by while her famous mother worked her angles – and received an early lesson in just how far an influencer must go for engagement.
Tammy later shared footage from the shoot on social media and revealed the tongue-in-cheek inspiration behind her performance, model boyfriend, Grayson Te Moana.
Text across the clip read: ‘Don’t fall for the younger guy,’ before cutting to Tammy lying face-down on the ground.
‘My bad,’ she captioned the post.

And while most people would need a hot shower and a lie-down after throwing themselves onto a public footpath, Tammy managed to make the entire display look like another day at the office.
After all, for one of Australia’s most recognisable influencers, even hitting rock bottom requires good lighting.
It comes after Grayson revealed the couple had discussed taking the next step in their relationship.
Speaking to Daily Mail, the 23-year-old said he was considering relocating to the Gold Coast to live with Tammy, although the plan remained ‘up in the air’.
The revelation may surprise fans, given Tammy, and Grayson only publicly confirmed their romance earlier this year.
It also follows candid remarks from Tammy’s former fiancé Matt Poole, who shares three-year-old Posy with the influencer.
After a follower said they would not feel comfortable having Grayson around their daughter so soon, Matt made the surprising decision to respond publicly.

‘I don’t like it. But some things are out of my control, unfortunately,’ he wrote.
Tammy also shares son Wolf, 11, and daughter Saskia, nine, with former partner Reece Hawkins.
Despite the chatter surrounding her new romance, Tammy recently told Daily Mail she was content with her life and taking the relationship one day at a time.
The pair hard-launched their romance at the Australian premiere of Wuthering Heights in Sydney in February before being photographed kissing on the Gold Coast the following month.
They later made another high-profile appearance together at Australian Fashion Week.
Tammy began dating Grayson after the breakdown of her brief marriage to former Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski.
She was also linked to AFL player Bailey Smith following the split, with the footballer reportedly travelling to the Gold Coast to spend time with her last August.
