Sydney Sweeney isn’t apologizing … for anything.

The actress covers Cosmopolitan’s Love Issue, which was released days after the launch of her new lingerie line, Syrn.

“This is me reclaiming my body and my narrative and using it to empower other women,” she shared.

Sweeney’s Cosmo shoot certainly brings the heat, depicting the 28-year-old in various stages of undress and in provocative poses. But the message isn’t “for guys.”

When asked whose “gaze” she’s prioritizing with the new business venture, the “Euphoria” star had a message of empowerment.

“People will say, ‘Oh, she’s doing this for guys’ or ‘Oh, she’s a guy’s girl.’ But I’m like, ‘What is more girl’s girl than owning your body and doing it for yourself?’” she said.

“I want it to be their choice—the choice of the wearer—whether this is for them, for somebody else, or for a camera lens.”

Elsewhere in the article, she says, “I want to show women that we can take back our power and fully free ourselves.”

Wearing all of her own lingerie throughout, Sweeney begins in a Syrn black lace bra ($54) and briefs ($29), topped by a totally sheer skirt and fuzzy bolero.

In another, she wears a similar black lace bra ($89) and thong set ($19) with a long-sleeve top that covers her arms and little else.

As a 32DD in sixth grade, the actress recounts the first time she bought an underwire bra — one that she wore until it was threadbare and still owns today. “It has stood by my side my entire life. I want to make bras that stay with women,” she explained.

“I feel like I’ve had to explain how boobs work for forever now,” Sweeney quips, recounting the chatter around a bikini top she wore in the 2023 romcom “Anyone But You,” adding, “Everyone was dragging me and I’m like, ‘Guys. When you have boobs that are heavy and not fake, if your top doesn’t fit perfectly, it’s going to ride up.’”

She’s certainly created a lot of chatter with her line, which offers bra sizes ranging from 30-38 A-DDD/F and underwear from XXS to 3X.

The star has pulled potentially illegal publicity stunts and posed for racy images, including on the streets of Los Angeles, for the launch.
