Spanx is the unsung hero of red carpet season.

From Paige DeSorbo to Oprah to Katy Perry, plenty of stars have worn the brand’s shaping styles over the years — and this week, Spanx debuted a collection that’s destined to dominate step-and-repeats.

The just-launched SpanxSculpt GoFigure line was inspired by corsetry, though the brand promises it’s designed to feel “as good as it performs.” (No constrictive laces here.)

“GoFigure delivers a lighter, sleeker and more advanced sculpting experience,” says Wendy Hanson, Spanx’s Vice President of Innovation and Intimate Apparel Design.

Building on consumer feedback from the past decade, the new designs feature 360-degree sculpting and “re-engineered booty lift zones” — plus additional boning on the bottoms to help eliminate roll-down.

The drop includes five styles, all of which are under $100 and come in six colors and sizes XS to 3X.

Highlights include the High-Waisted Mid-Thigh Bodysuit for all-over coverage, along with the Mid-Thigh Short, High-Waisted Mid-Thigh Short and the bust-height High-Waisted Brief for more targeted support.

So you can still feel snatched while wearing your bra of choice, the brand also makes an Open-Bust Bodysuit.

While the Sara Blakely-founded label first burst onto the scene with its shapewear and pantyhose — the latter of which first made Oprah Winfrey’s “Favorite Things” list back in 2000 — these days it’s also equally beloved for its everyday styles.

Winfrey, Gwyneth Paltrow and Reese Witherspoon all own the buttery soft AirEssentials Half Zip, while Jennifer Garner is partial to the Booty Boost Leggings.

So while the new sculpting styles have only been live for less than 48 hours, it’s safe to say they’re shoo-ins for future celerity style moments.
