We’re drawn to this lip look.
Sofia Richie Grainge recently shared her latest lip combo on TikTok, immediately catching our attention (and racking up over two million views). The designer and model often opts for a 90s-inspired brown lip liner, paired with a gloss or stain for a sultry, on-trend look that’s easy to wear.
So, it was fairly unsurprising when she began by lining her pout with the cult-favorite Makeup For Ever Artist Color Pencil, also a go-to for Hailey Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, Sabrina Carpenter, Suni Lee and many other stars.
The pinky-brown, soft contrast lip is a staple both on the red carpet and off. (Though the creamy, long-wear pencil can also be used on eyes or brows, making it a versatile makeup bag hero.)
The brand confirmed that Richie Grainge is using Anywhere Caffeine, a warm, caramel nude shade also adored by Bieber.
The multi-purpose pencil also comes in several gorgeous nudes and browns, from Lee’s favorite Whatever Walnut to Endless Cacao. (We even found a giftable kit with five mini favorites.)
Richie Grainge uses hers to fill in the outer parts of her lips, before applying Summer Fridays Dream Lip Oil in one of the soft pink mauve shades.
Summer Fridays is also a staple line for the star, who has posted several times using the brand’s Lip Butter Balm (practically every editor also has it in their bag).
The vitamin E-packed Dream Lip Oil offers the same lip-loving moisture, with nine plant-based oils, but has more shine and tint. (This combo is so pretty for everyday, but also a match with a smoky eye.)
Shoppers give the lip oil rave reviews, with one on Amazon sharing, “The bottle is so pretty, and the color is fresh and vibrant. The lip oil leaves your lips hydrated with a beautiful tint. I bought this for my tween, and she loves it!”
