Smallville actor Tom Welling was arrested in connection with driving under the influence Monday in Northern California.
Welling, 47, was taken into custody in the parking lot of an Arby’s restaurant in Yreka, California shortly after midnight, TMZ reported Tuesday, citing police records.
Welling’s blood alcohol level was measured at or above 0.08 percent, the outlet reported, citing legal records.
It was not immediately clear why Welling was in the small Northern California town, which is about 16 miles south of the Oregon border.
Welling is best known for his role as Clark Kent for 217 episodes on the TV series Smallville from 2001-2011.
