“Smallville” star Tom Welling was busted for allegedly driving under the influence.
The actor — who played Clark Kent in the hit drama series — was arrested in an Arby’s parking lot in Yreka, Calif., just after midnight on Monday, according to police records obtained by TMZ Tuesday.
Welling’s blood alcohol content was allegedly at or above the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
The 47-year-old looked stoic in his mug shot, which showed him wearing a black shirt and sporting a salt-and-pepper beard.
It’s unclear whether Welling lives in Yreka, but he and his family do appear to reside on a ranch in Northern California.
The outlet did not provide additional details, and reps for Welling did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The “Cheaper by the Dozen” star’s legal run-in comes just one day after his wife Jessica Welling’s birthday.
“Happy Birthday to our Angel who makes our dreams come true and inspires us even more!” Tom captioned a four-slide Instagram carousel of the blond beauty on Sunday.
“We love you to the moon and back! @jessicarosewelling.”
The couple got married at Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, Calif., in November 2019 after five years of dating.
They are parents to sons Thomson Wylde, 6, and Rocklin Von, who turned 3 earlier this month.
Tom was previously wed to model Jamie White from 2002 to 2015.
