Ready the red carpet.
The 2026 Oscar nominations were announced on Thursday morning, kicking off the final stretch of Hollywood’s long award season.
Danielle Brooks (“The Color Purple”) and Lewis Pullman (“Thunderbolts*”) read off the list from the Samuel Goldwyn Theater at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences headquarters in Beverly Hills, Calif.
“Sinners” led the pack with 16 nominations, making if the most-ever nominated movie in Oscars history.
Timothée Chalamet, at just 30, picked up his third acting nod for “Marty Supreme” — after “Call Me By Your Name” and “A Complete Unknown” — tying the likes of Julie Andrews, Faye Dunaway and Ralph Fiennes.
“Hamnet” best actress nominee Jessie Buckley, meanwhile, picked up her first.
Late-night host and podcaster Conan O’Brien will return for the second time to host the starry ceremony at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.
The funnyman tried his hand at serious acting last year in the psychological drama “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.” It must have went well. His co-star Rose Byrne is nominated for best actress.
