Sandra Bullock stepped out for a rare outing in Los Angeles on Friday after taking time away from the spotlight.
The 61-year-old actress – who recently reunited with her former castmate Keanu Reeves – embraced her effortless chic style while enjoying a brief stroll in the cooler weather.
The Oscar winner has been making a slow return into the public eye a little over two years since the tragic death of her longtime partner and photographer Bryan Randall.
He passed away in August 2023 at the age of 57 following a private three-year battle with ALS.
Bullock donned a pair of blue jeans which were cuffed at the bottom as well as a black turtleneck sweater.
She additionally slipped into a pair of black boots and carried a large, black leather tote bag over her shoulder.

Late last year in November, the mom-of-two was spotted for the first time in 11 months while on a drive in Los Angeles.

In August 2023, Randall’s family confirmed his passing in a statement to People: ‘It is with great sadness that we share that on Aug. 5, Bryan Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS.’
They added, ‘Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honor his request.
‘We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who navigated the landscape of this illness with us and to the astounding nurses who became our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours.
‘At this time we ask for privacy to grieve and to come to terms with the impossibility of saying goodbye to Bryan.’
Bullock had first met the photographer in 2015 as he worked her son Louis’ birthday and the pair soon sparked up a romance.
A few years later in December 2017, the two exchanged vows during a trip to the Bahamas in front of close friends and family. However, Bullock and Randall never officially tied the knot.
They had been last pictured together in public in 2020 during an outing with her two children.

A source later gave an update into how Bullock was doing after Randall’s death.
‘She’s doing okay now. Her kids are amazing. She’s very happy to be a mom,’ the insider told People in 2024.
‘Her friends gave her the support that she needed both during his illness and afterwards. She is grateful for all the love. Everyone helped to lift her up after Bryan passed.’
Bullock was recently spotted out in public late last year, such as when she had a quick errand run to pick up treats in L.A. before Christmas.
Just days earlier, she also enjoyed a reunion with her former Speed castmate Keanu Reeves backstage at his Broadway show Waiting For Godot.
The pair – who previously starred in the 1994 action thriller – flashed cheerful smiles while posing together in photos shared by People.
A source told the outlet that the actress had been ‘incredibly sweet and kind to everyone she met’ after the performance.
