Ryan Lochte’s girlfriend, Molly Gillihan, shared pointed social media posts after the swimmer’s estranged wife Kayla Rae Reid’s parenting diss.
Hours after Reid’s People interview dropped Wednesday, in which she said her ex is not the father their children “deserve,” Gillihan railed against “harsh unkind people” via Instagram Stories.
“Don’t regret being a good person to [them],” read the upload she shared to her Story. “Your actions say everything about you, and their words and actions say everything about them.”
The statement urged social media users to “stay kind, even when it’s hard.”
It concluded, “Stay kind, even when they don’t deserve it. Be kind because God will take care of it.”
The subsequent slide featured a smiling selfie of Gillihan and the Olympian on a drive with their combined six children.
“Finally got a car that fits the whole crew!” the kindergarten teacher gushed, calling their family a “#moderndaybradybunch.”
Gillihan joked, “We are taking applications for an Alice.”
She and Lochte, 41, went public with their romance in July 2025, one month after Reid filed for divorce from the athlete.
She hinted at a “betrayal” via Instagram and accused her former partner of doing drugs in front of their kids, with Lochte later admitting to checking himself into rehab.
The duo had been married since January 2018 and share son Caiden, 8, daughter Liv, 6, and daughetr Georgia, 2.
Last month, Lochte and Gillihan moved in together — and he explained to People why this was the “right next step” in the whirlwind romance.
“Our kids have formed an incredible bond, and it became clear that being together under one roof was the right next step for all of us,” Lochte gushed in January.
“We needed a bigger home to support our blended family, and we’re focused on creating a loving, stable environment for all of our children,” he continued at the time.
Lochte claimed to have spent “the last 10 months … becoming the best father” — but Reid took aim at his parenting in a subsequent interview with the same outlet to promote her “Comeback Era” podcast with co-host Caroline Lunny.
“I really pray that he becomes the father our kids deserve,” the real estate agent quipped on Wednesday.
The former couple are “obviously not in a good place,” Reid added, clarifying that their brood is doing “OK.”
She noted, “They have their little struggles, and they have their confusion, because they are wondering what’s going on.”
Reid and Lochte, according to their divorce documents, owe nearly $270,000 in debt.
