The past few episodes have been high on emotional drama with Rohit Poddar and Shivani’s death. Thus fans have been upset as they aren’t getting to see Armaan and Abhira’s romantic moments. Rohit Purohit has shared his two cents on the same.
In a chat with entertainment news channel Bollywood Spy, Rohit Purohit spoke about less of Abhimaan moments in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai and mentioned that there cannot be romance when there has been death in the family referring to Rohit and Shivani’s demise. He said that Abhimaan are having emotional moments and fans should enjoy those two. He added, “Life mein phases aate hai, har baar sirf romance nahi mil sakta. Har baar sirf cute banter, voh pyaar mohobat nahi mil sakta. Agar aap Abhira and Armaan ke life ka hissa hain toh phir unke ups and downs, dono mein saath rehna padega.” He said that fans should support their favourite couple even when they are facing the low phase in their lives. He added that emotional moments are strong too and fans should enjoy all of it.
The actor was also asked about Ruhi being a responsibility post Rohit’s death. To this, Rohit Purohit aka Armaan said that yes, she is a responsibility as his brother Rohit asked him to take care of her before breathing his last. Even on humanitarian grounds, as Ruhi agreed to be the surrogate, Armaan and Abhira are taking care of Ruhi.
In the upcoming episodes, we shall see Ruhi getting jealous and insecure with Armaan and Abhira’s bond. Will she create a rift between the two?
