Robbie Williams has fulfilled the ‘life’s wish’ of superfan Norma as they enjoyed a ’20 minute-long chat’ at her care home.

The singer, 51, revealed his actress daughter Teddy, 13, saw 94-year-old Norma’s viral Tiktok video getting ready to watch a Robbie Williams tribute act as she explained it was her life’s wish to meet the hitmaker.

Just two weeks later, Robbie got in touch with Bailey Greetham, who shared the video of Norma on his social media to set up a video call.

Speaking to Bailey before meeting Norma, Robbie asked, ‘Does Norma know?’. He replied, ‘No she’s in the other room’.

Walking into the care home lounge, Bailey carried the laptop and told Norma: ‘I’ve got a bit of a surprise for you. You know you said you wanted to meet Robbie Williams, he’s on a call right now.’

‘Hi Norma’, said Robbie.

Beaming, she replied: ‘Hello Robbie, I have followed you on the television since you were in Take That and you are my favourite.’

‘Thank you Norma’, the Let Me Entertain You star said.

Robbie explained: ‘My daughter sent me the link of you talking about me and she said “Daddy you’ve got to talk to Norma”.

‘So you have my daughter to thank and so do I for putting me in touch with you, how is your day today, what are you doing for Christmas? If I’m in the UK and up north I will try and pop in in person.’

She gushed: ‘Oh I would love that, I would be the king of the castle.’

Bailey shared just a snip of Robbie and Norma’s heartwarming 20-minute chat which concluded with him telling her that he would like to come meet her in person.

He added: ‘It was heartwarming seeing your video on the internet, and heartwarming speaking to you and I’m grateful I mean something to you. Hopefully I will see you next year, ok?’

Norma joked: ‘Hope so, if I’m still alive’.

‘We actually made it happen! Wednesday evening Robbie jumped on a call with Norma from her care home and chatted the world away for well over 20 minutes!

‘The most genuine caring guy we’ve met! What a Christmas present for our Norma!’

It comes after Robbie’s daughter Teddy shared a hilarious moment with her famous father when she was quizzed on whether she prefers his music or Taylor Swifts.

The young actress was asked what she would ultimately prefer if she was stuck on a desert island while at the premiere of her film debut, Tinsel Town.

Teddy was seen pondering over the question before Robbie hilariously interjected: ‘Do you wanna do another film?’ with everyone bursting into laughter.

She then replied to the tricky question, telling Daily Mail: ‘You know what? I actually – I love you Taylor – but I’m going to be with my dad,’ before adding: ‘I love him.’

The talented teen joined Robbie and her mother Ayda Field, 46, on the star-studded red carpet in London to celebrate the launch of Chris Foggin’s Christmas movie.

Teddy has been following in her parent’s footsteps in the entertainment world after landing her first major role, which sees her play the daughter of Rebel Wilson’s character, Jill.

Take That legend Robbie and glamorous American actress Ayda proudly wrapped their arms around their daughter as they posed for snaps.

Teddy was all smiles as she posed for selfies with fans lining the red carpet before beaming alongside co-stars Rebel and Kiefer Sutherland.

Doting parents Robbie and Ayda couldn’t contain their smiles as they posed with their oldest child on the red carpet ahead of watching her first movie role.

The couple are also parents to son Charlie, 10, seven-year-old Coco, and son Beau, five.

Robbie and Ayda are notoriously very private when it comes to their children and often disguise their faces on social media.

Ayda has previously said on the parenting decision: ‘We never show their faces, it’s really important to us.

‘We’re really proud and we want to share absolutely everything but there’s a law in this country that means they can’t put pictures up of kids in the papers unless you’re posting their faces.’

The last picture shared by the couple was back in April as Robbie played a game with his children.

While enjoying some time together, Robbie and his children were pictured laying in a circle on the floor while holding hands.

Sharing the sweet snap to her Instagram Story, Ayda wrote: ‘Family time.’

The family live in a £17.5million Kensington, London home, but also split their time between Beverley Hills and a £24million estate overlooking Lake Geneva in Switzerland.
