Here’s how to score off the field.

Rob Gronkowski offered up some cheeky dating advice for eligible bachelor Tom Brady.

The former New England Patriots tight end weighed in on Brady’s single status in an exclusive interview with Page Six while promoting his 2026 Gronk Beach Presented by DoorDash event.

“Just follow your heart, Tom,” Gronk said with a cheeky grin, adding, “You know, wherever your heart is leading you, wherever your gut instinct is leading you. Just follow that heart, Tom.”

Gronkowski said the retired quarterback should approach dating the same way he approached his record-breaking NFL career.

“Just like he has with the game of football, treat the game of football…like how you treat dating and you’ll be very successful. Like, a number one of all time,” he said.

When asked who would be the most fun at a party — Brady, Julian Edelman or Mike Vrabel — Gronkowski didn’t hesitate: “It’s got to be Tom.”

“Believe it or not, that’s a surprise answer. It really is. But Tom is on a hot streak right now,” Gronkowski said. “He’s ready to go. So, hey, it’s Tom I’m going to go with.”

Gronk admitted that he has “never partied” with Vrabel, the current head coach of the Patriots, and that they had never “overlapped.”

As for his former Patriots teammate Edelman, Gronkowski said he would have been number one, but the retired wide receiver has calmed down his wild ways.

“He was [the] ultimate partier, but he has toned it down big time,” Gronkowski said of his “Dudes on Dudes” podcast co-host, adding, “But he was definitely number one at one point. You know, he was my go-to guy. He was my wingman.”

On whether Brady is expected to drop by Gronk Beach this weekend, Gronkowski admitted that his pal has “never made an appearance.”

“Because he just can’t handle it,” Gronkowski joked. “You know, he has no dance moves like I have.”

Still, Gronkowski said Brady “always has an invite” to the music festival, which is taking place during WWE’s WrestleMania Las Vegas weekend at Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan on April 19.

“He has full VIP if he ever wants to come,” he said. “And if [for] some reason he’s in Vegas, I’ll have to tell him, ‘Hey, just make an appearance. Let’s take a couple shots. Now, you’re not playing anymore. I’m not playing anymore. We can enjoy our time.”

Gronkowski, 36, and Brady, 48, overlapped on the Patriots from 2010 to 2018, and reunited to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2020 to 2021.

Brady has been on the party scene since finalizing his divorce from Gisele Bündchen in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. He has since been spotted with a slew of beauties, including Irina Shayk, Sofía Vergara, and most recently, Alix Earle.

Meanwhile, Gronkowski has been in a long-term relationship with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Camille Kostek since 2013.

Kostek, 34, exclusively told Page Six in February that she would love for her boyfriend to compete on “Dancing With the Stars.”

Speaking with Page Six, Gronk revealed that he would love to join “DWTS” if he could make it work.

“I will never rule it out. But the problem here is that it’s during football season, so it’s really tough to fully commit to ‘Dancing With the Stars’ while, you know, doing all my other commitments throughout the season that I got to do,” he said.

However, Gronkowski said he would “never rule it out” and loves the idea of being back on a strict athletic schedule.

“I don’t see it happening this year. But, you know, I love dancing,” he said. “I love that strict schedule as well — being on a regimented schedule. And that’s what that implies. You know, it’s like being on the football field again — on a football team with training camp.”

“So, I won’t rule it out, but I just don’t see it happening right now. And I would have to work it out.”

He does, however, very much want Kostek to be cast in the dance competition.

“Who I really want to see on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is Camille as well, because she’s a wonderful dancer,” he said. “She was a cheerleader with the Patriots. She’d been dancing her whole life.”
