Guess Rihanna is like us.
A month after Kendrick Lamar headlined the Super Bowl 2025 halftime performance in flared Celine jeans — and resurrected the denim trend — Rihanna stepped out in the same dark wash look.
On Sunday night, the Fenty Beauty founder grabbed dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles, sporting the same Celine Marco jeans ($1,200).
It seems she took styling cues from the “Not Like Us” rapper’s entire performance outfit, as Rihanna donned a leather jacket as well.
But unlike Lamar’s custom bright blue varsity jacket from Martine Rose, her distressed bomber style was rendered in a neutral brown shade.
The “Diamonds” hitmaker styled the look to perfection, opting for a furry shawl, vintage monogram Fendi bag and knee-high snakeskin Amina Muaddi heeled boots ($1,820).
She wore her hair in a slick-back ponytail, allowing her night-out ensemble to take centerstage.
Another celeb who’s tried on the designer denim? Timothée Chalamet. A source told Page Six days after the viral performance that Lamar’s Celine jeans — a size 29 in women’s — were initially intended to be worn by the “Dune” actor.
Stylist Taylor McNeil, who dresses both Chalamet and Lamar, sourced a handful of jeans for the rapper’s Grammy’s appearance and halftime show, and the Celine bottoms were a perfect fit.
Lamar unearthed the denim silhouette, which was ubiquitous in the early aughts; Google searches for “flared jeans” even rose 5,000 percent within 48 hours of the performance.
