Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin admitted she’s not above a little photoshop.
The reality TV star, 62, took to Instagram on Friday sharing a snap of herself posing on a private jet.
‘Welcome 2026!!! The best is yet to come!’ she wrote in the caption of the photo, which saw her rocking a white crop top and matching leggings.
The image also showed her in full glam, complete with lashes and lip gloss, and her face looking taut and wrinkle free.
‘Yes, Photoshop enhanced,’ she added in parentheses at the end of her caption, confirming she had altered the snap.
It appears Zarin — who sparked plastic surgery rumors last year — might have added that to the caption after she was called out by some of her fans in the comments for digitally enhancing the photo.

‘So much AI,’ another added.
‘This is a great filter!’ yet another person chimed in.
‘Maybe some filters or AI,’ someone else questioned, with another fan adding, ‘Too many filters sorry.’

However, her pals Tamar Braxton, Patti Stanger and Stacey Silva sent fire emojis in the comments section.
The snap showed Jill relaxing on the jet with her hands up in the air and a black straw Chanel bag on the seat next to her.

Fans couldn’t believe the reality star’s jaw-dropping appearance, with many taking to the comment section agog at her youthful glow.
Some said she looked unrecognizable and wondered if she had gone under the knife again.

In 2024, Dr. Ira Savetsky – the husband of former Real Housewives Of New York star Lizzy Savetsky – revealed that Jill underwent a facelift, chin implant and fat transfer to obtain a ‘more youthful look.’
The plastic surgeon spoke with Page Six, detailing how the then-60-year-old reached out to him in hopes of fixing her ‘jowling, sagging neck skin,’ among other superficial issues.
‘To address these concerns, I designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,’ Dr. Savetsky shared.
‘The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look.’
He added, ‘To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant.’
Jill took to Instagram after her surgery to given an update on her progress.

With her head wrapped in a bandage, she told followers, ‘I’ve been a little bit of MIA, although I’m trying to post here and there. And I’m bravely sharing that I had a lower facelift and some other minor tweaks.’
Jill continued, ‘I live my life openly and freely and that’s why I did a reality show and I think it’s important for people who do reality shows to be honest.’
She explained that she is opening up on social media about the procedure because ‘I just want to share my story and my journey.’
Zarin was one of the OG Housewives on RHONY, which has since been rebooted with a new cast. The official RHONY season 16 cast list or premiere date have yet to be announced.
