Lisa Hochstein was in an upbeat mood as she turned herself in after getting hit with criminal charges for allegedly spying on her ex-husband, Dr. Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.
In Page Six’s exclusive photos, the “Real Housewives of Miami” star was seen smiling as she arrived at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami late Wednesday morning for her booking.
Lisa — who was accompanied by her attorney, Jayne Weintraub — was dressed in a brown long-sleeved top with blue jeans and brown platform booties.
She accessorized with oversized sunglasses and wore her long, blond hair in loose waves.
The Bravolebrity, 43, and her lawyer appeared to be in good spirits as they entered the building together.
Lisa is expected to pose for a mug shot, and her bail has been set at $5,000, according to jail records obtained by Page Six.
“Lisa is voluntarily surrendering. She is being released on her own recognizance,” Weintraub told us in a statement.
Meanwhile, Lisa added in her own statement, “I don’t want to let anyone distract me from my big divorce case this month. I’m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough.”
She made sure to note, “I’ve heard nobody has been charged with eavesdropping in Miami history.”
Page Six also obtained an exclusive video of Lisa’s co-stars Alexia Nepola and Adriana de Moura showing up to “support [their] friend.”
“The well-being of her children, to me, is my biggest concern,” de Moura stressed as she and Nepola made their way into the facility.
Lisa and her ex-boyfriend Joddy Glidden are facing one count each of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications.
Glidden, 52, was arrested and taken into custody on Saturday but was released shortly after.
The former couple is accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting, trying to intercept or trying to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with” between March 12 and March 31, 2023.
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage, igniting a messy legal battle.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Weintraub, Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria — who are Glidden’s attorneys — told Page Six in response to the charges.
Lisa then took to her Instagram Story to repost a breakdown of “strategic timing” of “smear campaigns.”
The bulleted list read, “He doesn’t release damaging information randomly. He times it for maximum destruction — before a court date, a career milestone, a custody hearing.”
The graphic concluded that “the goal is to cause the most damage at the most vulnerable moment.”
Amid their divorce, Lenny, 59, dated Katharina Mazepa. Lisa has consistently alleged that Mazepa was the plastic surgeon’s mistress, but they have both consistently denied the claim.
Meanwhile, Lisa confirmed she was dating Glidden in March 2023.
Two months later, Page Six exclusively reported that Lenny accused Lisa of planting a “listening device” on his car in order to “monitor” his calls.
In court docs, he claimed she placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation,” which “compromised the integrity” of their divorce proceedings.
Lisa denied Lenny’s “nonsense” allegation and accused him and Mazepa of telling “lies.”
“There is no truth to that. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies,” her rep told us at the time.
“This court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues, including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family.”
After two and a half years, the Hochsteins finalized their divorce in November 2024.
Per their settlement agreement, Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for their two kids: son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.
Once Logan turns 18, Lenny will be expected to pay $10,000 per month for Elle until she turns 18.
In accordance with their signed prenuptial agreement, he was also ordered to pay spousal support to Lisa.
Lenny asked the judge for “frequent time-sharing” of Logan and Elle and promised to “fully provide for all of the children’s needs.”
As for Lisa and Glidden, she seemingly confirmed their split in February with a cryptic Instagram post.
