The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, had custody of one of his sons reinstated amid his court battle with his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Per court documents, a hearing was held on November 18, where Travis, 40, and Meghan faced off in court. (Travis and Meghan wed in 2010 and split in 2016. The exes share three kids: daughter Presley, born in 2011, daughter Bennett, born in 2014, and son Joseph, born in 2016. Travis and Meghan have shared joint legal and physical custody since 2021.)

At the hearing, the court ordered Meghan to bring one of their sons to court and turn him over to Travis. Per the order, Meghan was not to have contact with the child until December 6, and then she would have monitored visitation. Travis will have temporary physical custody of the son.

Meghan will also be allowed to FaceTime her children, but Travis can monitor the calls.

In addition, the judge ordered both parties to refrain from using illegal drugs or non-prescribed medications while having custody of their kids.
