New details about Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s divorce settlement are being revealed.

According to a settlement agreement obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, March 25, both Burruss, 49, and Tucker, 52, agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their kids Ace, 10, and Blaze, 6.

Neither party will be paid child support or spousal support. In addition, Burruss will keep the children’s passports, while Tucker can request them from her ahead of any international travel.

When it comes to finances, Burruss will pay Tucker a lump sum of $426,000, according to court documents.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars also agreed to sell a food truck they own together.

Although the real estate divvied up between the exes was redacted in the paperwork, Tucker agreed to vacate Burruss’ guest home within 15 days of the parenting deal being signed.

The duo also reached an agreement on who will get some of their cars. While Burruss will keep her 2022 Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne SUV and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro, Tucker will hold onto a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, 2020 Porsche 911, 2023 Range Rover, 1973 Ford Bronco, 1963 Lincoln and a Ford Transit Van.

Us Weekly has reached out to Tucker and Burruss’ attorneys for comment.

Back in November 2025, Us confirmed that the Bravo stars had split after 11 years of marriage.

“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and coparenting with love and respect,” Burruss said in a statement to Us at the time. “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family.”

As the exes navigated their divorce in the public eye, both parents made it a priority to stay united for big family events.

“We have determined that no matter what, we’re always going to be great coparents for our kids,” Burruss said on a January episode of Today With Jenna & Sheinelle. “We’re still a family, even though he and I have decided to go our separate ways. We’re trying to make it as easy as possible for our children.”
