The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora has accused her estranged husband Ralph Pittman of abusing their 10-year-old son Machai in legal documents for their bitter, three-year divorce battle.
On April 10, the 40-year-old reality star was ordered by the judge to vacate their Georgia home – dubbed the ‘Pittman Palace’ – by May 31 after their son and eight-year-old daughter Aniya had ‘excessive absences from school’ under her primary care.
Sidora previously submitted video evidence, in which the 43-year-old tech entrepreneur could allegedly be heard ‘severely beating’ their son, and she claimed he admitted to it in 2024 but denied at their March court hearing – according to TMZ.
The Chicago native doesn’t understand why Pittman was awarded primary custody of the children during the school year when she alleged he has a ‘documented history of physically abusing the parties’ son.’

Sidora also noted that the coveted house is ‘$25,000 behind on mortgage payments.’
The Bravo-lebrity and the Gartner client director will share joint legal custody of Machai and Aniya, and she was granted parenting time on alternating weekends starting in August.
Sidora is desperate to remain at Pittman Palace as she lacks the ‘financial resources’ to find a new place and claimed she and her 15-year-old son Josiah (from a prior relationship) will be ‘homeless’ unless the judge reverses the decision.
The I Did It to Me singer is rehearsing to perform two upcoming live shows – at the Music Farm in Charleston, South Carolina on May 29 and at The Underground in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 30 – just ahead of her eviction.
Sidora and Pittman – who met in 2013 – both filed for divorce from each other, 61 minutes apart, on February 27, 2023 after nearly a decade of marriage.
On Wednesday, the Twin actress took to Instagram story to reveal she had fired a social media staffer, who had ‘acted independently in ways that don’t reflect me or my values’ by writing unauthorized comments attacking an undisclosed woman with her Instagram account.
‘That said, I do take full accountability for what’s been posted from my page,’ Sidora – who boasts 1 million social media followers – wrote.

‘I know how quickly things can get twisted in the world of social media, especially during a time like this in my life.
‘As I navigate this transition and move through my divorce, I want to be very clear, I have no desire to tear down or attack another woman. That’s simply not who I am, and it’s not the energy I’m moving in.’
