Almost exactly one year after divorce documents were filed, Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo are now officially over.
The former couple, who met and fell in love on Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette, finalized their divorce on Tuesday, according to Page Six.
Abasolo filed to end their marriage in January 2024, and the divorce has been contentious.
The duo did not have a prenuptial agreement and Lindsay, 39, was ordered to pay Abasolo over $13k a month in temporary spousal support over the summer. However the latest court documents reveal Abasolo ‘waives, discharges, and releases’ Lindsay from ‘any and all’ payments she was scheduled to make in the future.
Documents obtained by Us Weekly also show that Lindsay still owes $460,229 to her ex.
Abasolo has been allowed to keep various personal items, including his wedding band, his 2021 Honda Accord, and Miami residence.

As for Lindsay, she will keep the Neil Lane engagement ring, in addition to a 2023 Porsche Macan and her home in North Hollywood.
The duo must also pay for their own attorney’s fees. This order does not pertain to the $20,000 Lindsay has already paid for Abasolo’s counsel, according to Page Six.
Lindsay and Abasolo met on The Bachelor in 2017 and tied the knot in 2019.
They called it quits in December 2023 after four years of marriage.
Recently, Lindsay spoke about noticing red flags in her relationship with her ex but ignoring them.
On an episode of The View, which aired on December 3, she admitted she was ‘wrapped up in shame.’
‘I know this all too well right now,’ she confessed to the talk show hosts.
‘For those of you who don’t know, I met my ex on The Bachelor. We’re currently going through a divorce right now, and it’s really interesting,’ she said.
‘We met, we dated for two and a half years, we went and got married,’ she recalled.

‘And we were looked at as one of the more successful relationships that came from the show. Anywhere I went, people would ask me about my relationship,’ she said.
‘And you feel the public pressure to always let people know that things are great, even though behind closed doors, that might not be the case — or you’re working on it, or you’re having a bad day or whatever it might be.’
She continued: ‘A lot of that is wrapped up in shame. You don’t want to say that it fell. You’re scared, you don’t want people to see you in a different way.’
Lindsay, who recently sparked romance rumors with country singer Willie Jones, has regretted not getting a prenup.
‘A lot of people are like, “You’re a lawyer. … Do you have a prenup?” I don’t,’ the reality star revealed on the Hidden Gems With Natasha Parker podcast.

She went on to explain her thought process for her inaction, revealing, ‘The reason I didn’t is because the place I’m in now … financially … is totally different than when I got married. We were more leveled, and I wasn’t in California.’
Lindsay maintains she told her then-fiancé that she thought a prenup was a good idea, but that they weren’t ‘on the same page.’
In regards to it being in ‘a different time’ when they tied-the-knot in August 2019, she admitted she was leading more with her heart over logic.
‘I didn’t want it to be a bigger issue, so we didn’t have one,’ she added. ‘Hindsight is 20/20. I would’ve done it.’
