Gisele Bündchen is in a happy and relaxed state of mind as she prepares to welcome her third child — and first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
The supermodel, 44, shared an introspective video of herself via Instagram Wednesday, in which she is seen walking barefoot on a beach, leaping across the water and, at one point, cradling her baby bump.
She posted the song “Memories Don’t Fade Away” by Nate Broskii over the clip, with audio that says in part, “You’re going to realize it one day— that happiness was never about your job or your degree or being in a relationship.
“Happiness was never about following in the footsteps of all of those who came before you; it was never about being like the others. One day, you’re going to see it— that happiness was always about the discovery, the hope, the listening to your heart and following it wherever it chose to go.”
Bündchen further reflected on the message in her caption, writing, “Happiness is an inside job. Remember, you are the only one who has the power to create the life you want to live. 🙏”
Her followers praised her in the comments section for her inspiring words and gushed over her beauty.
Bündchen is reportedly due between late January to March. Insiders told TMZ when her pregnancy was first confirmed back in October that the Brazilian beauty was set to give birth in the beginning of 2025.
“Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” an insider added to People at the time.
Since the announcement, Bündchen has mostly kept her baby bump under wraps during outings to her Pilates class and while running errands in Miami, where she resides.
However, by November, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel’s growing baby became harder to conceal and she even posted her first snap of the bump while celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Lotus House, “the largest shelter for women and children in America.”
In January, Bündchen shared that she hoped her followers would enter the new year with the intent to “nurture” their energy and fill their hearts “with love and compassion.”
Given all of her social media posts, it appears the “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life” author is in a good headspace as she heads into this next chapter of her life.
The positive outlook comes two years after she and Tom Brady divorced after 13 years of marriage due to the pair growing “apart” and alleged constant fights over the Super Bowl champ’s decision to un-retire.
Brady, 47, has casually dated models like Irina Shayk since his split, but has not moved on with a serious relationship of his own.
A source told Page Six last October that the former star quarterback was left “stunned” by the news of his ex-wife expecting a baby with Valente, saying, “It just wasn’t something that was on his radar.”
