Popular Bookstore will be shuttering two of its outlets soon. Its VivoCity and Jurong Point outlets will be closing on Aug 16 and Sept 13 respectively, a spokesperson from Popular Bookstore told AsiaOne. These closures are due to the shopping malls' retail plans, the spokesperson explained. Posts on social media have been showing these outlets offering discounts ahead of the closures.
