Pete Davidson and his baby mama ex-girlfriend Elsie Hewitt have reached a co-parenting agreement a little over two months since their shock split.

The 32-year-old comedian welcomed daughter Scottie Rose late last year in December with the model, 30.

Following news of the breakup in May, Hewitt had taken to social media to claim she is raising their baby girl ‘on my own.’ Sources soon refuted the claims, telling the Daily Mail that Davidson ‘covers all costs’ related to their daughter.

However, the pair will now continue ‘working together’ to raise their little one after coming to a ‘joint agreement.’

‘We are cooperatively coparenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us,’ the two stars said in a statement on Friday, per People.

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Davidson and Hewitt for comment, but has yet to hear back.

The news of the pair’s split came to light back in May after 14 months of dating. Their daughter was born in December 2025.

At the time of the separation, an insider told Us Weekly that Davidson and Hewitt ‘tried to make it work but there were different stressors, including having a baby together as two people who didn’t yet know each other that well.

‘They are both trying to make it work and have made accommodations in their schedules for the baby.’

The source also told the outlet that it is ‘very unlikely’ of a reconciliation between Hewitt and Davidson when it comes to their relationship.

Weeks before the split, Davidson and Hewitt had been hit by claims that they were facing ‘issues’ in their relationship.

‘There are issues, but they’re trying to figure things out together,’ a separate source claimed to People.

Davidson and Hewitt had been both ‘adjusting to parenthood’ while also ‘working through the process.’

Only days after the breakup news was revealed, Hewitt shared that she was looking for a ‘right hand person.’

Only days after the breakup news was revealed, Hewitt shared that she was looking for a ‘right hand person’

She uploaded a selfie to her Instagram stories at the time that showed her with a lipstick filter over her face as she sat on a chair.

‘I’m currently trying to find an assistant/mother’s helper/nanny type/basically right hand person,’ Hewitt wrote.

The model also claimed in a TikTok video she is caring for her baby daughter and supporting herself ‘on my own.’

She had addressed criticism in regards to her appearance following a public outing and explained that her focus was on Scottie Rose rather than her looks.

‘That’s not what I’m thinking about right now, because I have a baby to take care of, and I also have to work and make money, and I’m doing it on my own, which is hard,’ Hewitt said.

The media personality had also replied to some concerned followers in messages that appeared to be later deleted.

One commented, ‘I hope you don’t mean you’re doing the financial part alone… that would be insane given the circumstances. You seem like a lovely person and a wonderful mother! We’re all rooting for you.’

Hewitt simply wrote, ‘I am :),’ in a comment that has since-been taken down.

Another typed, ‘Sorry but not staying with your partner when they are pp is insanely loser behavior. This is THE most vulnerable time in a woman’s life.’

‘Amen sis,’ the model said in a reply that also appeared to be deleted.

Sources soon refuted Hewitt’s claims and told the Daily Mail that Davidson ‘covers all costs’ related to their daughter.

‘These posts make no sense, as she is well aware that Pete covers all costs associated with Scottie, including childcare, as well as Elsie’s rent and health insurance, among other expenses,’ an insider said.

A separate source also said that the actor has focused on spending time with his little girl following the split.

‘Pete has made himself completely available and has consistently prioritized spending time with their daughter, which he will continue to do.’

The insider continued, ‘He wants Elsie to be comfortable and successful.’
