Allie McLarty has been named the SVP of Global Communications at Paramount Studios. The studio’s chief communications officer Melissa Zukerman made the announcement today in a note to staff.
In her new role, McLarty will report in to the head of global communications, Brooke Robertson, working across Paramount’s film and television studios, as well as the nascent sports entertainment group.
McLarty previously served as SVP of corporate and financial communications at Paramount Global, with a focus on corporate, policy and legal matters. Prior to Paramount, McLarty spent more than a decade at Edelman Smithfield, most recently serving as the EVP of Special Situations and Co‑Head of U.S. Operations.

I am pleased to share that Allie McLarty is moving into a newly created role at Paramount Studios as SVP, Global Communications working with EVP, Head of Global Communications, Brooke Robertson. This is an exciting transition for Allie as this structure gives Brooke additional senior‑level support across Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television Studios and the nascent Paramount Sports Entertainment, in addition to preserving continuity across important corporate areas as we strengthen & prioritize our content storytelling. At the same time, Allie will continue to fulfill her Paramount Corporate responsibilities, such as Government Affairs and litigation support.
I met Allie when PSKY Comms integration began over 18 months ago. I was immediately impressed, and she later became a core member of my team who I rely on every day.
