The 25th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend is taking place in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on March 8 and March 9. The celebrations kicked off with IIFA Digital Awards on Saturday and Aparshakti Khurana, Vijay Varma, and Abhishek Banerjee hosted the awards night. Nora Fatehi, Sachin-Jigar, Shreya Ghoshal, and Mika Singh set the entertainment quotient with their spectacular performances.
The IIFA Digital Awards 2025 honoured the best films, series, actors, actresses, and more across Indian OTT platforms in 2024. Amar Singh Chamkila was named the Best Film, while Panchayat Season 3 received trophy for Best Series. Vikrant Massey and Kriti Sanon won the Best Actor and Best Actress awards in the Film categories for Sector 36 and Do Patti.

The IIFA Awards for the films released in 2024 is scheduled for Sunday. Kiran Rao’s directorial and Aamir Khan’s production Laapataa Ladies leads the nominations list with 9 nods. Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan will host the show. As per reports, Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon will set the temperature soaring with their electrifying performances. Moreover, the award night will feature a special celebration of the iconic film Sholay on its 50th anniversary. Legendary MMA fighter and combat sports trailblazer Anthony Pettis to make a special appearance. Last night, Kareena Kapoor Khan, said that she will pay tribute to her grandfather, legendary filmmaker Raj Kapoor, at the awards show.
