She never misses the mark.
On Sunday night, Oprah Winfrey wowed on the Oscars 2025 stage at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, clad in a black bedazzled maxi skirt and matching tie, along with a black blazer and white button-up top.
The award-winning talk show host, 71, jazzed up the outfit by way of dangly pearl earrings, small circular glasses, and black pointed-toe pumps.
As for her beauty look, Winfrey rocked voluptuous blown out hair and subtle glam makeup.
Oprah paid tribute to Quincy Jones alongside Whoopi Goldberg at tonight’s ceremony, which is hosted by comedian and television host Conan O’Brien.
The pair spoke of the late composer and introduced Queen Latifah, who performed “Ease on Down the Road” from “The Wiz.”
Believe it or not, it’s been a decade since “The Color Purple” actress attended the annual event. In 2015, Winfrey made an appearance at the ceremony, where she was also a presenter.
She stunned in a blush-colored custom gown from Vera Wang, which the producer accessorized with statement earrings and a shiny silver bracelet.
To date, the author has two Oscar nominations — one for best supporting actress in 1986 for her debut performance in “The Color Purple” and the second for her producing role in “Selma.”
She’s also been involved in many other noteworthy films, including 2009’s “Precious.”
While it’s unclear what award Winfrey will be presenting, she’s known for making political statements with her fashion at times; In 2023 she produced a revival of “The Color Purple,” often wearing the hue on repeat.
However, in 2024, she attended the Democratic National Convention in support of Kamala Harris wearing purple for a different reason: to show a blend between the shades of Republican red and Democratic blue as she called on “all you Independents and all you undecideds” to vote for Harris.
We can’t wait to see what kind of statement the talk show host makes tonight.
