North West just debuted some new bling on her hand.
On Tuesday, January 13, the eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and ex Kanye West gave a look at her latest finger piercing while holding her fist up towards the camera. North, 12, showed off the dermal jewelry she is wearing on both her middle and index finger.
North rocked a blue wig and monochromatic outfit in her latest Instagram Stories post, pairing a Balenciaga T-shirt, pleated skirt, oversized sunglasses and edgy handbag with her custom diamond skull chain — a gift from her mom on Christmas.
In a follow-up slide, she shared a music clip, titled “Piercing on my hand hardstyle outro.”

North gave a closer glimpse at her studded “Angel Baby” manicure via TikTok, which featured a black french tip design as well as barbell and cross accessories. She also displayed her black grills after first showcasing the look back in late October 2025.
The social media sensation also shared a photo of blue paint, which has been her go-to hair color in recent months. Last fall, she wore her hair in four braids with blue highlights twisted through her strands. She also flaunted a series of faux face tattoos, including a star under her eye and her name written in cursive on her other cheek.
She completed her look with bright blue contacts, her black grill, long lashes and a faux septum piercing, having since shown off what appears to be a faux bridge piercing.
Shortly after a TikTok user, @mazzy_williams, posted a video captioned, “north west getting a finger piercing is breaking my heart just me?” in November 2025, North and Kardashian responded “it’s okay 🫶” via their joint account.
North has not only repeatedly rocked her blue hair in recent weeks, she’s also continued to wear her one-of-a-kind diamond skull necklace that she received over the holidays designed by Alex Moss. To go with her necklace, North got a spike bracelet made of Italian leather from Tuscany that features natural VVS white diamonds.
Moss told People he drew inspiration from a previous design he made for rapper Playboi Carti in 2018, while the bracelet was a mix between a bracelet already owned by North with a little flair from a design Moss did for rapper Ken Carson in 2022.
Kardashian, 45, has spoken out about North’s bold style choices in the past, saying that she ultimately supports her daughter’s creative expression. “She’s usually a girl that dresses like a tomboy most of the time,” Kardashian explained on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in October 2025.
While referring to a look that North wore out and about, Kardashian said, “She wanted to try something that her friends were wearing and went to the same place that they went to and they all got these outfits, and then she wears them and it’s just like, ‘OK, wait, maybe you can’t wear that.’ And so as a mom, you’re kind of learning at the same time.”
Kardashian explained that she encourages North’s interest in fashion. “I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is,’” she said. “It makes her so happy. I would never take that creative away from her.”
