Nora Fatehi is playing the female lead in Be Happy, a film directed by Remo D’Souza. She is pairing opposite Abhishek Bachchan in the film and it is the first time that she will be seen on screen in a da-glam avatar. The actress is really excited to have the audience see this side of her. Nora, who is known for her impeccable dancing, agrees that slowly but surely, there is acknowledgement of her skills, beyond dancing. Be Happy is a big step towards that and it will be followed by Kanchana 4.
Talking to us on the latest episode of Spotlight With Smrity, Nora Fatehi revealed to us, “I am shooting as a main lead for Kanchana 4 which is a big film in Tamil. And it is insane, if you see what I am doing in the film, you’d be ‘OMG’. It is such a big shift in my career. But it have been baby steps for me in the past 10 years.”
Nora also shared with us all the things that she has worked on and learnt in the past decade. “I have learnt so much from improving the language, acting, even my stage presence as a performer and dancer and now I have ventured into international singing now.” The actress is happy with the new recognition and opportunities coming her way and she sees Be Happy with Abhishek Bachchan and Kanchana 4 as big steps for her acting career.
Kanchana 4 is a horror comedy starring Nora Fatehi, Pooja Hegde and Raghava Lawrence, who is also directing the film.
