Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce, Page Six can confirm.
Court documents filed Tuesday and obtained by this outlet revealed that the former couple has agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support.
Per their agreement, their daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15 — will stay with the “Babygirl” actress for 306 days of the year. Meanwhile, Urban has been allotted to spend “every other weekend” with them.
Urban and Kidman, both 58, also agreed that neither would pay child support, citing reported monthly incomes exceeding $100,000 each.
They also agreed that all property — including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles and personal items — will be divided by mutual agreement, with each retaining what is currently in their possession.
Additionally, all alimony and spousal support claims were waived, and they are responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
It remains unclear whether they had a prenuptial agreement.
Although a hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, Kidman waived her right to appear in court as she returned from Australia, where she spent the holidays with their daughters, the previous day.
In September 2025, Page Six confirmed that the “Big Little Lies” star and Urban were separating after 19 years of marriage.
“Sometimes relationships just run their course,” a source told us at the time, adding that Kidman “did not want the separation and was trying to save things.”
She then filed for divorce on Sept. 30, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
The pair had reportedly been living apart since the beginning of summer 2025.
Following their breakup, the “You Look Good in My Shirt” artist was rumored to be romantically involved with his guitarist, Maggie Baugh. However, Baugh’s friend shut down the speculation.
Urban and Kidman first met at a G’Day USA gala in January 2005 before tying the knot a year later.
Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001.
She and the “Top Gun” star share two kids: Bella, 32, and Connor, 30.
