An oceanfront mansion in Malibu, reportedly linked to Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage, was damaged by a massive sinkhole on Tuesday morning amid coastal erosion. Fire officials told ABC7 that crews were dispatched to the home in the 31600 block of Sea Level Drive at around 5:45 a.m. following reports of a suspected gas main break. At the scene, the driveway of Cage’s home was collapsed after erosion appeared to have washed away the ground beneath it.
