Fashion is basically in Nicky Hilton’s genes.
The style star has been been shopping at Bloomingdale’s since she was a little girl, making her new Aqua x Nicky Hilton collaboration a real full-circle moment.
“I wanted the collection to feel like a real New York wardrobe,” she told Page Six Style. “There’s a little uptown, a little downtown and a lot of New York in the collection.”
There’s also a whole lot of Hilton, as she infused elements of her signature style — like bows, sparkles and velvet — all for under $250 per piece.
“I wore [the Puffed Shoulder Mini Dress] to the Kering gala, and it was pretty funny because everyone was in couture basically, and there I am in my $98 ‘ziger’ dress,” Hilton said. “Kind of loved that.”
And while sister Paris is also a fan of the hybrid-animal-print pieces, the Faux Fur Trim Jacket is a hit with Hilton’s mom, Kathy, who’s already placed her order.
“The coat feels like it’s a $3,000 coat, and it’s under $300,” Nicky said. “I am just so pleased with how well it came out.”
