A new book commemorating Britney Spears‘ illustrious music career is on the way.

Pop culture writer Kara Nesvig is set to release Britney Spears: A Visual Celebration, Official and Authorized: Memorabilia and Treasures of the Princess of Pop on October 20.

The cover art, exclusively obtained by Us Weekly, uses a 2013 promotional image for Spears’ Las Vegas residency, Britney: Piece of Me, taken by renowned photographer Randee St. Nicholas.

The 272-page book features more than 600 photos — many of which have never been published before — including fashion sketches and fabric swatches for the Grammy winner’s music videos, tour itineraries for her backup dancers and crew, CD singles and other releases, brand collaborations, autographed items and more.

This is the second Spears-centered project that Nesvig has worked on. She previously dropped the Britney Spears Oracle, a deck of 40 tarot-like cards with an accompanying guidebook, in July 2022.

The “…Baby One More Time” singer, 44, released her own book, a memoir titled The Woman in Me, in October 2023. The New York Times bestseller has since sold more than 3 million copies.

In her tell-all, Spears chronicled her childhood in Louisiana, her time on Star Search and The All-New Mickey Mouse Club, her legendary career as a pop superstar, her high-profile marriages and relationships, motherhood and her controversial conservatorship.

“Over the past 15 years or even at the start of my career, I sat back while people spoke about me and told my story for me,” she told People ahead of its publication. “After getting out of my conservatorship, I was finally free to tell my story without consequences from the people in charge of my life.”

Britney Spears finally has the chance to share her side of the story — and she isn’t holding back about anything. The pop star addressed her ups and downs over the years in The Woman in Me, which was released in October 2023. From her public struggles to her controversial 13-year conservatorship, nothing was off […]

A movie adaptation of The Woman in Me is currently in the works at Universal Pictures with Wicked director Jon M. Chu at the helm. Casting has yet to be announced.

While Spears has laid low professionally since a Los Angeles judge terminated her 13-year conservatorship in November 2021, stating that she will “never return to the music industry,” she continues to make headlines.

Us confirmed in February that the “Toxic” singer had sold the rights to her entire music catalog to publishing company Primary Wave, and just weeks later, she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Spears — whose rep shared that her loved ones are working on “an overdue, needed plan to set her up for success for well-being” following her run-in with the law — is due in court on May 4.

Britney Spears: A Visual Celebration, Official and Authorized: Memorabilia and Treasures of the Princess of Pop hits bookstores on Tuesday, October 20.
