Akhanda 2 Box Office Collection Day 5: On its first long weekend, Akhanda 2, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, registered steady but below expectations. On the first Monday, the movie’s numbers were essentially in line with the graph. The movie made Rs 5.4 crore (nett) on Monday, according to a report from boxoffice tracker Sacnilk.com. Compared to the typical reduction of 60%, the loss is about 64%. However, this is not a positive development for a movie that didn’t start with particularly high box office receipts, and Akhanda 2 will probably find it difficult to sustain its momentum over the next several days.

Akhanda 2 may potentially face further competition starting on December 19 from Dhurandhar, which is expected to be released as a Telugu dub. The Balakrishna film’s performance in its second week is still to be determined. On its 5th day, Akhanda 2 collected Rs 0.89 crore, taking the total collection to Rs 67.39 crore.
As of Monday, December 15, Akhanda 2’s gross global receipts were somewhere between 90 and 95 crore.

Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu are working together for the fourth time. Their last three movies, Legend, Simha, and Akhanda, were all huge box office successes. Due to budgetary difficulties, the movie’s original December 5 release date was changed to December 12. Critics were mostly disappointed with it when it was first released.
