Milania Giudice responded to criticism that she is somehow not “mourning” her late best friend Victoria Zardoya while posting dance videos on social media.
Milania, 20, posted a TikTok video featuring the reality TV star emerging from a pool, fully clothed as“Lay All Your Love On Me” from the movie musical Mama Mia played in the background. As Milania crawled out of the pool, she laid on the ground lipsyncing the words.
“Don’t go wasting your emotion / Lay all your love on me,” the college student lip-synced.
Milania tagged Victoria’s account on the video’s caption.
One user was quick to criticize Milania for her post, prompting the influencer to instantly fire back.
“I guess the grieving is over,” one user wrote to which Milania retorted, “U have issues.”
While there was one negative post in the mix, Milania was supported by several understanding messages.
“Guys she’s obviously trying to entertain her bestie watching down from heaven lol,” one user wrote while another replied, “Speaking as a person currently in the grief trenches, this counts as a shower 🫶.”
Multiple people also acknowledged that others don’t understand what it is like to grieve a close friend at a young age.
“Until you’ve lost a best friend you’ll never understand 💔,” another person wrote.
Milania’s sister Gia Giudice was also in the comments section and replied, “I mean get it.”
Zardoya died unexpectedly at age 20 on July 26, two days after sustaining a fall during a trip to Egmont Key, Florida. Zardoya’s friend, Victoria Silberbusch, who was also present for the incident, shared details on Zardoya’s death via Instagram “at the request of” the Zardoya family.
“On July 24, 2026, what began as a fun, innocent day on the water with both old and new friends ended in an unimaginable and unexpected way,” Silberbusch wrote. “A beautiful 20-year-old woman named Victoria Zardoya, who had flown down to Florida for the weekend to visit friends, sustained fatal injuries due to a devastating fall while we were exploring the historic ruins at Fort Dade on Egmont Key.”
A spokesperson for the District 12 Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed to Us on Wednesday, August 5 that Zardoya’s cause of death was due to “craniocerebral trauma.” The manner of her death was listed as an “accident.”
Days after Zardoya’s death, Milania penned a sweet tribute for her late best friend.
“Every Chapter Has Your Name In It 🤍🕊️,” she wrote via Instagram on August 1, sharing a carousel of throwback images featuring the pair. “My Victoria. My best friend. My sister. My soulmate. My partner in crime. There are no words in any language that could ever describe losing you.”
