Milania Giudice appeared to laugh off her May 14 domestic violence arrest, as seen in newly released police dashcam footage.
The video, which Page Six exclusively obtained from the Montville Police Department on Friday, shows officers placing a handcuffed Giudice in the back of a cop car.
The 20-year-old seemingly scoffs as she speaks while an officer puts her seatbelt on her. Giudice then looks toward the open door, lets out a laugh and turns back around to face forward with a smile on her face.
Dashcam footage from another cop car shows activity outside her mom Teresa Giudice and stepdad Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ New Jersey home — where the incident took place — but the video was heavily redacted.
Milania appeared to sit quietly for the duration of the ride to the Montville Township Police Department headquarters, where she was booked on one count of simple assault and released pending her next court appearance.
She has pleaded not guilty.
According to the police report from the incident, Milania was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “domestic violence dispute” at Teresa and Ruelas’ house.
During her arraignment on Tuesday, the judge alleged that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.”
Teresa’s other daughter Gabriella Giudice — who was identified as the “reporting party” — called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her “sister [was] acting erratically,” according to police.
The report also stated that no weapons were involved and no injuries were reported.
During her arraignment, the judge ordered Milania back to court for a hearing in August and notified her that if she is found guilty, her sentence could include up to six months in jail, probation and fines of more than $500.
Though she has not publicly addressed the dashcam footage, arraignment revelations or police report, the University of Tampa student did break her silence on her arrest in a June 29 TikTok.
She began the video by blasting an allegedly fake mugshot of her circulating online, which she insisted was “AI.”
“I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that,” Milania boasted, mocking those who believed it was “real.”
She went on to say, “It is what it is. S–t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it.”
Milania explained she was “not in a good area in [her] life” at the time of the incident.
“That happens. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me,” she told her followers. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
Teresa, 54, shares her four daughters — Milania, Gabriella, 21, Gia Giudice, 25, and Audriana Giudice, 16 — with her first husband, Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020, divorcing after their respective prison stints for federal fraud charges.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star went on to marry Ruelas, 52, in August 2022.
The digital marketing entrepreneur has two sons — Nicholas Ruelas, 25, and Louie Ruelas Jr., 22 — with his first wife, Marisa DiMartino.
