Meghan Trainor’s lips are movin’.
The singer admitted to using a weight-loss medication to slim down after her dramatic transformation made headlines recently.
The Grammy winner, 31, acknowledged via Instagram Monday that she does not “look like [she] did 10 years ago.”
Trainor explained that she has “been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version” of herself for her and husband Daryl Sabara’s two kids — son Riley, 4, and son Barry, 1.
“I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy,” she wrote. “And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”
The songwriter’s explanation came after she was “dishearten[ed]” to see the public “focused on [her] body instead of” her career after the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event.
“This is what it’s like to be a woman in the music industry,” Trainor quipped while sharing photos from the awards ceremony.
She concluded, “Here’s to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first. Let’s keep shifting the convo to what REALLY matters.”
The day before her social media confession, Trainor told “Entertainment Tonight” that “science is the secret” to her new look.
During the Sunday red carpet interview, the American Music Award nominee noted, “I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea [about]. I was working out so incorrectly and wrong for so long.
“I’m trying to biohack my body,” she continued over the weekend. “So anything that’ll help me age backward, I’m into it.”
Trainor added that she had “just learned about supplements” and was “trying all the things,” joking, “Make me Hailey Bieber. I’ll do it. I’ll take it.”
The pop star has been candid about her weight fluctuation over the years, detailing how she lost 60 pounds in 2022 following her first pregnancy.
Trainor — who has been married to Sabara, 32, since 2018 — shared her breast implant and breast lift experience earlier this month via Instagram.
“I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’m so obsessed,” she said. “They’re finally twin sisters and not distant cousins.”
