Megan Fox announced in November 2024 that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with Machine Gun Kelly.
This is the fourth child for the “Jennifer’s Body” actress, who is already a mom to three sons she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
The proud boy mom — who has been dating her fiancé MGK on and off since 2020 — previously expressed the importance of raising her sons “to have a very deep emotional intimacy with their partner.”
Meanwhile, Green and Sharna Burgess got engaged in late 2023 and share son Zane, who was born on June 28, 2022. He also shares son Kassius, born March 15, 2002, with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil.

Noah
Fox and Green welcomed their eldest son, Noah, on Sept. 27, 2012.
While Fox tries to keep her children out of the spotlight, she did reveal in 2022 that Noah was being bullied in school for wearing dresses.
“I do have a child that suffers. I have a lot of worries about that, because I just wish that humanity was not like this,” she told Glamour UK at the time.
“Although my kid is so brave and my child is so brave and I know that they’ve chosen this journey for a reason. It’s just hard as a mom,” she added.
Fox shared that Noah started wearing dresses when he was 2 years old and stressed that she and Green try to make sure their kids don’t feel “weird or strange or different.”
“I’m so proud of my kids. Noah is an unbelievable pianist. He can learn Mozart’s concerto in an hour,” Fox gushed. “I want people to see that, but I also don’t want the world to have access to this gentle soul and say all the things that we all know they’re going to say.”
Bodhi Ransom
Fox announced that she was pregnant with her second child in August 2013 and gave birth to Bodhi Ransom on Feb. 12, 2014.
Bodhi’s name has a special meaning for the “Transformers” star as the Sanskrit moniker translates to the word “enlightenment” in Buddhism.
“Bodhi is, in Buddhism, it’s the point when Buddha became enlightened and he reached nirvana, he was sitting beneath the Bodhi tree,” Fox explained on “Conan” in 2014.
Fox joked that she would be “lying” if she didn’t admit that Patrick Swayze’s character in “Point Break” didn’t also inspire the name, calling the film “the greatest movie of all time.”
Bodhi’s middle name, Ransom, was also the middle name of Fox’s great-grandfather. The name is also steeped in spiritual significance as it means “being saved.”
Fox mostly keeps Bodhi off social media, though she did share an up-close image of him wearing a Nirvana T-shirt when he was 20 months old with the caption, “Bodhi: Stunner. Clown. Unicorn.” She swiftly deleted the image.
She also opened up about his personality in her 2023 “Sports Illustrated” interview, calling him a “little bro” who always tries to do the right thing.
“The classic middle child where there’s no room to be bad,” she said.
Journey River
The youngest son of Green and Fox, Journey River, was born on Aug. 4, 2016.
The arrival of baby No. 3 came amid a tense time in their former relationship as Fox had filed to divorce Green in August 2015.
They seemingly worked through their issues and she revealed her growing baby bump in 2016 at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. They broke up for good in 2020.
Fox shared some rare insight into her youngest child, telling Sports Illustrated in 2021 that he is “naughty and mischievous” but also “charming and so so cute.”
“When he was 3, he already knew like 1,600 species of dinosaurs,” she shared. “So his mind is very powerful.”
Baby No. 4
Fox and the “Emo Girl” singer revealed they are expecting a child together in November 2024.
“nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” Fox wrote in a Nov. 11 Instagram post along with a photo of herself cradling her baby bump covered in nothing but what looked like black paint.
The quote is from MGK’s song, “Last November,” which is about her past miscarriage that she revealed in November 2023.
The rocker and actress began dating in 2020 shortly after meeting on set of “Midnight in the Switchgrass.”
From there, the “Bloody Valentine” singer and Fox showcased their love heavily in public and on social media and he popped the question in early 2022.
In February 2023, rumors swirled that the couple had called off their engagement and split — which she later confirmed.
A source told Page Six that the duo were working on their relationship in couples therapy and they appeared to be back on in full force when they were seen on a romantic Hawaii getaway in April 2023.
