People have no work after their flop movies but there are some who have the never give up attitude. They have always worked hard to get back and perform better. Today, we will talk about one such Bollywood actor who proved that failure cannot put a full stop to your career.
We are talking about Bollywood star Arjun Rampal. He has had a tough journey. The actor has been a part of the industry for 23 years. He was born in the year 1972 and moved to Delhi for higher education. He once attended a party in Delhi where fashion designer Rohit Bal spotted him.
He launched him as a male model for his shows. He was awarded as the the Society Face of The Year in 1994. He gained fame and was the rising Indian supermodel. He got many film offers after modelling. He also did music videos.
Arjun Rampal made his film debut with Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat. However, the movie failed at the box office but Arjun did get good work. Arjun was staying in Andheri, Mumbai and while struggling with career, he was unable to pay his house rent as well. He had once said in an interview how he had no money to pay rent but his landlord always trusted that he will get the rent once surely.
Post his debut, he did many movies like Dil Hai Tumhaara, Dil Ka Rishta, Tehzeeb, Asambhav, Vaada, Elaan, Yakeen, Ek Ajnabee, Humko Tumse Pyaar Hai, Darna Zaroori Hai. But all these movies failed. However, it was Shah Rukh Khan who revived his career.
Arjun did a supporting role in Don with him and later, he collaborated with SRK for Om Shanti Om. The movie turned out to be a big hit. In 2008, Arjun did Rock On and it was a massive hit. It was a hit for Arjun’s career as well.
Arjun Rampal won National Award for the the Best Supporting Actor. The actor was last seen in the film Crakk opposite Vidyut Jammwal.
