Maya Hawke wore a totally sheer look for a red carpet appearance in honor of “Stranger Things” on Thursday.

Wearing head-to-toe Prada, the actress attended The Final Season Celebration at The Paley Museum in New York City dressed in a see-through black lace midi skirt with a brown button-down shirt and red sweater layered on top.

On her feet were high-heeled pointed-toe pumps in a cream colored leather.

Her lace skirt featured thin spaghetti straps that held it up like a jumper, layered on top of the utility shirt that fit like a bodysuit with attached black briefs.

The bright red sweater boasted a plunging V-neckline, adding drama to the prep school vibe.

Her hair, parted in the middle, hung in loose waves past her shoulders.

The look was just seen on the Prada runway this past fall, as part of the design house’s spring 2026 collection, though the shirt was slightly different, with a structural peplum shape.

Her dad, Ethan Hawke, recently reflected on raising Maya in the spotlight with ex-wife Uma Thurman, stating, “There were a lot of things about her childhood that were really, really hard and complicated, and things I regret for her,” though he declined to add specifics.

At 27 years old, Maya Hawk has modeled, acted, and released original music. She has starred in “Stranger Things” since Season 3 of the show, whose fifth and final season concludes on New Year’s Eve.

In April, the 5-foot-nine star was spotted wearing an engagement ring, which fans have linked to her boyfriend, Christian Lee Hudson. The two have been dating for four years and have collaborated on several music projects together, though they have yet to confirm the engagement.

Despite Ethan’s statement of her “really hard and complicated” upbringing, he also shared that he knew she would grow up to “be an artist” at just four years old.

“I knew that she was gonna be a very good one… That was her safe place: water coloring, dancing, singing all throughout her childhood.”
